As an Expert within GPA Grand Est, I supported SME leaders facing financial or operational distress. I conducted comprehensive diagnostic reviews, identified early warning signals, and designed actionable turnaround plans to prevent deterioration. I also mediated with key stakeholders (banks, suppliers, institutions) to protect business continuity and help companies stabilise and recover.

As a lecturer at ENA, I delivered courses on corporate restructuring and economic revitalisation policies. I provided operational insight into crisis diagnostics, legal and financial turnaround tools, and territorial mechanisms designed to safeguard employment and support local economic ecosystems. My teaching relied on real-world case studies drawn from my experience in public institutions.

Parliamentary assistant to a Member of Parliament - Member of the Finance Committee, the European Affairs Committee and Special Rapporteur for European Affairs. Within the C2IME Investment Commission, I assessed innovative start-ups and SMEs to identify high-potential companies eligible for strategic or financial support. I analysed business models, technological robustness, funding needs and regional impact, and issued recommendations on the most relevant projects. I also helped guide founders toward appropriate public instruments, industrial partners and investors.
