• EU Regulation and safety of polymer-based packaging materials for cosmetic industry (BtoB) : Regulation (EC) No. 10/2011, No. 1223/2009, PPWR, REACH, CLP, AGEC law… • Managed a project involving 9 team members on regulatory and toxicological risks of sustainable decorative inks and varnishes used in primary packaging of cosmetic formulas • Ensured the safety of 265 cosmetic decorated packaging (container-content interaction, formula-packaging compatibility) • Monitored high-concern substances (NIAS, CMR, ED, SVHC, PFAS, MOAH/MOSH, heavy metals, cosmetic products regulation annexes, customer blacklist…) • Highlighted the most problematic substances in inks used in internal decorative process and toxicological risks assessment (worst-case calculation, migration tests) • Evaluated the worst-case quantity and thickness of inks used in silkscreen printing on cosmetic packaging by X-ray tomography • Improved the knowledge of internal regulatory compliance of suppliers decorative inks by 81% and decoration subcontractors by 71% • Regulatory intelligence and declaration (DoC Febea, Halal…) for our cosmetic industry customers (l’Oréal, LVHM, Pierre Fabre, Estée Lauder, l’Occitane, La Rosée…）

Research Project CNRS X CEA X l’Oréal • Stability and deposit properties of mineral photoprotection (with l’Oréal) • Coordinated a multi-laboratory project involving 8 physical chemistry researchers on multi-scale inorganic UV-filter aggregation • Investigated the macroscopic behaviour in thin cells of Hele-Shaw (with FAST, CNRS) • Correlating with the microscopic behaviour by X-Ray Diffusion (SAXS/WAXS with LLB, CEA)

• Study of 3 FeMo-based catalysts for selective oxidation of methanol to formaldehyde • Designed the experimental reactor set-up under gas flow • Conducted catalytic tests at high temperature with gas chromatography characterisation • Optimised the formaldehyde yield by 50% for biomass valorisation purposes
