Je mène des itérations rapides selon l'approche Lean Design pour valider les concepts avec les premiers utilisateurs, assurant ainsi un produit intuitif, viable et prêt à scaler.

As a member of the Indeed's Social Media team, I helped to engage and grow the Indeed international community on social media by: • Engaged with customers on social media platforms to resolved users inquiries and identified potential issues that require escalation • Contributed to developing the French social media community by 20 % • Scheduled content for all the European social media accounts • Monitored competitors and other Social Media CS team best practices to share it with the team

On a day-to-day basis, I took care of the company communities: the user's community through their experience of the Nelis application, but also the brand community on social networks. • Conceived and applied the Community Management strategy in order to engage and grew communities on Twitter, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, YouTube • Applied the global Marketing and Communication plan for our users, clients, and prospects, to retain our customers (loyalty rates improved by 15 %) and attract new ones • Developed the Content Marketing strategy with the company's blog, newsletter, and website, thanks to texts that I wrote and illustrations that I designed

My mission was to help organize the Orange Business Tour. The objective of this national event was to present the Orange commercial services and offers from Orange partners, to the regional professionals. • Planed and animated internal meetings to present the event • Monitored and managed the registrations, the logistics and managed the welcoming of participants • Built an event feedback report (showed +23% of participants)
