Design and technical coordination for the renovation of 4 hotels in France (Rooms and Public areas): Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile ****(995 rooms), Hotel Du Louvre **** (164 rooms), Hotel Martinez Cannes *****(409 rooms) and Hyatt Regency Palais de la Mediterranee **** in Nice (187 rooms) for a renovation value of approx. 200 millions Euros. Collaboration with leading Paris (Pierre Yves Rochon) and New York (George Wong Design) based Interior Architect Participated in the Hotel CAPEX requirement in junction with the approved property improvement plan (PIP) Developed the front and back of the house design brief requirements and layout Responsible for contract negotiation, design and construction supervision as well as operator reporting. Managed quality control, defect inspection, handover process and follow up on completion guarantee Lead the FFE / OSE requirement and procurement for a value of +20 Millions Euros

Conducted design and technical services coordination with owner development team to comply with Hyatt brand standards for a 707 rooms, 3 restaurants and 100’000 square feet convention center project Lead projects through architectural and interior design approvals, brand coordination and operator / owner reporting. Managed FF&E / OS&E procurement and tendering process to ensure functionality/design and cost objectives were met.

Proceeded with operational reviews in order to evaluate potential asset enhancement and capital expenditure strategy Analyzed operator performance and advise on potential profit and loss opportunities

Prepared the market analysis with Savills for a luxury eco resort project comprising of 80 keys hotel and 20 villas real estate mix for a project value of 63 Millions Euros investment in Montenegro Coordinated with owner the financial analysis, project capital funding and financial modelling Reviewed management contracts offers following owner’s objectives with short listed companies (Oberoi hotels, Six senses and Small luxury hotels)

Coordinated project design, operational planning, branding development & technical services for +100 F&B outlets (including interior design, MEP, architectural and kitchen design review) Lead the kitchen contractor shop drawings review and onsite installation Prepared feasibility studies along with profit and loss forecast and ROI evaluation for a variety of new projects
