In charge of the consulting activity for Sigfox

• Implemented the AGILE methodology with 3 development squads focused on RESTful APIs & Portal, Back-End, and Big data. • Created the first Orange project using the “lean start-up” methodology to assess customer needs. • Monitored Orange Group's IoT platform from specification to delivery, including backlog prioritization and product vision. • Worked closely with early customers to rapidly incorporate feedback and build an optimal product solution. • Set up a dedicated DevOps team for auto-scalable products, continuous integration, and automatic platforms deployment (Docker and Kubernetes). • Defined the commercial offering for the European market, coordinated LoRa integration, and managed budgets and KPIs. • Led the development of an IoT platform ecosystem by integrating clients into the development cycles, fostering collaboration, and ensuring solutions were aligned with market needs and customer expectations through a continuous improvement approach

• Supervision of anticipation/innovation engineering projects with the group's strategic clients (SITA, Renault, etc.). • Reorganization of Orange IoT portfolio products based on market trend analysis and customer needs.

• Product management & deployment for the Orange Group, focusing on SIM card lifecycle and Connectivity management. • Proxy Product Owner between BUs and SCRUM teams, including requirements gathering and management. • Budget management (up to €1.6M per year) & reporting to management.
