I successfully delivered a 1 day "on-site" custom Business Retreat for Medicines Patent Pool in July 2023. Audience / Participants: entire organisation, incl. top management

End-to-end responsible for SAP S4/ Hana Implementation as project manager. Also supporting with all Change Management activities including writing Change Management Plan, Organization risk assessments, business impact map, Training activities, etc. Consultancy team size - min. 6 - max. 17

Part of the Retail business Team of Richemont; As a Project Manager Retail Business - I successfully rolled out template functionality improvements in North America and added 1 more brand to this template (1 year project); Project Manager Retail Business - successfully implemented the Retail template for Richemont's Fashion brands in Europe and North America (2 years+ project) .

Part of SAP implementation team at the largest Grocery Retailer in Australia. Together with Business Analysts worked on custom made mobile back office solution sourced with information from SAP IS Retail for all banners within Australia and New Zealand. Change Management - assessments required for Article discontinuation process.

Full IS Retail implementation at Danmark's leading grocery retailer, including BI, POS DM, and SAP F&R. Cross-functional and integration consultant of Purchasing team, Merchandising team and Master Data team, including acceptance of the organisation of the new solution within the business Successfully implemented a customized semi-automated Article Life Cycle solution (including article discontinuation)

Participated in IS Retail implementations for Hard Goods -, Fashion-, and Grocery Retailers. Main Period was covered though by the second phase of Grocery implementation where I was responsible for the full pricing and promotion solution, and its integration with the sales order processing and POS. I guided and supported both the IT support organization as well as the business with the organizational transformation.

I was contracting for over two years for New Zealand's leading grocery Retailer and Carrefour in Brussels (Belgium) as well. In New Zealand. I successfully implemented their forecasting and replenishment solution for all the stores, as well as the promotions. I also supported to embedd the changes within the business organization. I supported Carrefour and their Systems Integration partners 6 months with some optimization projects.

I worked as a Retail Consultant in New Zealand for SAP NZ. I have been involved in a number of Presales engagements in both Australia as New Zealand. One of the projects we won based on a extensive proof of concept was : Farmers (NZ).

I have been active as a presales consultant and Project consultant for Retail replenishment optimization projects for big retail companies in the Netherlands. Furthermore I have conducted some business development in the Wholesale industry.

I was a local SAP project manager & responsible for all change management activities for a global roll out for the sales and services districts in Mexico for one of their their biggest customers.

As a Retail consultant for this company I experienced about 5 full IS Retail implementation projects, with a Grocery Retailer, Fashion Retailer and Hard Goods Retailers as an application consultant (procurement, replenishment), assistant project manager, and change management consultant - where we developed our own Change Management consultancy as parallel offering next to the ERP-implementations
