Dedicated to providing comprehensive academic, emotional, and social support to students within the classroom setting along with diverse learning needs, while also serving as a leisure activity instructor focused on facilitating socio-emotional learning during after-school programs offered by the institution. During my employment here, I have created a socio-emotional learning experience to effectively promote socio-emotional skills through gamification, storytelling, and collaborative learning.

As a sixth-grade world history and geography teacher, I faced the unprecedented challenge of transitioning to remote teaching due to the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic in Lima at the start of the academic year in March. Swiftly adapting to the remote setting, I transformed my lessons into engaging online content, showcasing resourcefulness and rapid skill acquisition. Recognizing the importance of addressing students' mental wellbeing during this challenging time, I integrated dedicated sections focused on wellbeing into my lessons. Additionally, I prioritized fostering a sense of community by implementing group work activities, ensuring that students remained connected despite the physical distance of the online classroom.
