I mainly worked with a customer in the beverage industry: • deploy of analytical tools and tailoring of areas of ERP system (SAP) for new affiliates or as a post-acquisition integration, mainly in Russia and Australia; • support to Bracco to complete a complex transition in IT organization, including coaching activities

Area manager and project manager in the IT organization. • support to business users in developing analytical skills and improving business performances through an increased access to timely and accurate data, • creation a large set of new reports initially on group sales (on SAP BW), • extension of the set of new reports to European affiliates and then globally (North and South America, China) using a template approach, • extension of reporting to purchasing, production, demand management and supply chain/logistic flows, • implementation of a Supply Chain management tool (Logility), • implementation of several planning tools for budgeting (Tagetik, Hyperion Planning, HFM) and interfacing of those ERP system (SAP R/3), • active management role in a large SAP implementation covering mainly Finance and Logistic processes for both Europe and North America, • in charge of a team of 2 internal colleagues and several consultants (up to 14), • coordination of colleagues in US and Canada, as part of the globalization of IT, • creation of a dashboard for the top management, with the most important KPIs of the Group
