In charge of leading the team effort through flawless execution during the scale-up phase.

2 main missions : - Coordinate the scale-up activities of engineered products (sanitary napkins) by ensuring the right communication & sharing between the R&D centers and the manufacturing sites for the EAME markets. - Lead worldwide transversal programs to improve the whole organization in terms of processes, communication and risk management. During this period I've learned how to develop engineered products (in addition to my main background of 12 years on Toiletries) and how to transfer my knowledge's and skills into a new environment.

1st step was to contribute in the development of the newly created Technology Transfer Department by defining & deploying the most relevant processes. I've been assigned to set up RACI charts, Risk Management tools, Communication supports and Crisis Solving processes. Then the 2nd steps was - with a team of process engineers - to oversee the scale-up phase of 9 Skincare Brands for the EAME market. Finally the 3rd step was to train & guide the new comers and all junior team members into the design excellence methodology. During this period, I've learned how to set up a new structure and all related processes, develop people performance, master complexity & risk, including crisis situation.

R&D key contact for brand strategy development with Marketing departments. R&D Project Manager from end to end and coordinator of all R&D related activities from product brief until the signature of the legal dossier. Responsible for external communication in collaboration with Scientific Affairs. During that period I've learned how to lead a cross-functional team to achieve an objective right the 1st time and launch the best products at the right cost.

Development of Anti-ageing & foaming formulas at lab stage. Also in charge of scale-up activities and technical supervisor of the 1st Industrial batch at the manufacturing site. During this period I've learned how to develop robust formulas that answer both consumer expectations & manufacturing imperatives.
