Responsibilities : green field start-up for 3 new manufacturing plants in Brazil and Argentina, focusing on hiring & training of technical team, process test in headquarters & in-house, SOP & ramp-up, KPI set-up and team involvement on action plans in order to reach the budget & the best practices standard for production of plastic painted bumpers Manpower achievements : • worldwide selection and hiring of experts for processes start-up • training of 60 technical staffs in headquarters in France : processes training and best practices knowledge • involvement of the 3 plants to share the difficulties and find the best solutions Start-up achievements : • SOP in time for our customers on 3 plants • scrap rate and breakdown level within budget since the first month of production

Responsibilities : leading the daily plant tasks (production, maintenance, logistic, quality, R&D, HR and accounting) focusing on production cost reduction (30 injection, bi-injection & injection-blowing machines, 1 plating line and 60 decor & assembly machines), logistic reliability (6 customer plants in Mexico and US) and customer relationship improvement Start-up achievement : • start of production on new plating line in June 2010 and ramp up within 1 month working on 4x8 – 24/7 Production cost improvement achievements : • scrap reduction (-22%) by implementation of quality auto-control on each injection & assembly machine, ‘stop at defect’ policy, visual management on each machine, weekly operator trainings and independent production quality auditor by shift • machine breakdown reduction (-12%) by reorganisation of the plant : split of the plant with 2 production managers instead of 1 in order to lead the production by KPI, associated action plans and continuous improvement • improvement of moulds maintenance (25% increasing of the number of mold cavities) : management of spare parts and staff training by headquarters experts • Reduction of the direct staff from 300 to 250 operators maintaining the same quality level of the product Logistic improvement achievements : • reorganisation of logistic department in order to reach autonomy to follow the 2 customer plants in US : new logistic manager who speaks English and new customs dispatch supervisor • set up of in-house ERP in order to optimize stock and avoid the lack of deliveries • purchase & organisation of a new logistic warehouse

Responsibilities : green field start-up for new manufacturing plant of automotive painting plastic parts, then leading the daily plant tasks (production, maintenance, logistic, quality, R&D, HR and accounting) Achievements : • optimization of the plant layout including production processes, logistic warehouse and offices • SOP in September 2008 : 26 employees in September 2008 to 90 employees in March 2010 on 2 shifts • increasing of turnover from 40 k€/month in September 2008 to 500 k€/month in March 2010 • improvement of the reliability of logistic information with customer : forecast and deliveries in time

Responsibilities : green field start-up for new manufacturing plant of plastic injected, painted and assembled bumpers in just-in-time deliveries to customer focusing on the painting processes start up Achievements : • technical tests till final acceptance of the painting shop (ABB France supplier) • initial samples and pre series batches with Volkswagen and Porsche in time • definition of contract for external maintenance supplier (ABB Slovakia supplier - 12 people)

Responsibilities : following painting line assembly with subcontracters then commissioning of the painting process in-situ until final customer acceptance. French and worldwide customers : Valeo (Issoire-France), Sommer Allibert (Méru-France), Inoplast (Douai-France), Sommer Allibert (Setubal-Portugal), Neyr Industrie (Pardubice-Czech Republic), PSA Peugeot Citroën (Porto real-Brazil) and Plastic Omnium (Porto Real-Brazil & Saltillo-Mexico)

Responsibilities : developing new products, manufacturing prototypes and monitoring qualification tests in laboratory and in-situ with a team of 3 technicians
