• Audit of financial statements of assets management entity, investments funds, banks, financial and derivatives instruments and other financial institutions under French or UK GAAP and IFRS. • Upon agreed procedures: related to the assessment of the prescribed value of an Investment Management company based in London under UK GAAP in order to ensure the accuracy of a completion price and exercise of a call option; set up of management dashboard and cash flow dashboards within WindMill start up • Support of the internal audit team of State Street Bank, compliance, internal control and Basel III
