DSI de transition, j’interviens auprès des dirigeants de PME et ETI lorsque le système d’information doit être repris en main, sécurisé ou transformé. J'assure l'intérim d’une DSI dans l'attente d'un recrutement. J'accompagne aussi un DSI en place face à une situation critique, et je conduis les transformations nécessaires : remise à plat des processus et de la gouvernance, réorganisation des équipes, reprise du pilotage des prestataires et des projets. Transformation de la DSI (Change Management) : Refonte de l'organisation : Management de 30 collaborateurs. Passage d'une culture de "support" à une culture de "Business Partner". Standardisation & Qualité : Mise en œuvre de SLA (Service Level Agreements) et de KPI pour garantir l'excellence opérationnelle auprès des Directions Métiers. Modernisation du SI & Gouvernance DATA : Gouvernance de la Donnée : Transformation de la donnée brute en actif stratégique. Mise en place d'une architecture Data permettant un pilotage en temps réel et une vision 360° du business (KPIs opérationnels, financiers et clients).
