– Define and execute the technology and product roadmap for an AI-driven B2B SaaS platform, delivering the first production-ready release in under 6 months and enabling initial revenue generation and early product-market validation. – Architect and industrialize distributed AI-enabled processing pipelines leveraging event-driven and asynchronous architectures in Cloud environments. – Lead the design of scalable orchestration frameworks for networks of LLM-based agents, enabling automated industrial analysis workflows with high-throughput parallel processing capabilities. – Drive the integration of AI technologies into operational decision-making processes with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, maintainability and long-term platform evolution. – Co-founding and launching a B2B SaaS platform in < 6 months.

– Lead 40 engineers (5 squads): Manage SW dev & Infra incl security. Agile framework (Scrum/Kanban), DevOps, €20M/year budget. – Manage transition of an on premise historical & critical IT system (>5000 users/day), to cloud (SaaS service). – Co-founder of an entity of 150 people and technical management (SW/Infra/Architecture) of the activity (40 people) with direct reporting to the Ex CoM.

With a dual role in the engineering and purchasing teams: – Led group-wide standardization strategy: generating €100M savings. – Led digitalization: led development and deployment of digital tools (Work rewarded with the Gold Medal "Decision Achat") within the central purchasing processes and manage users training & adoption. – Integrate governance frameworks for supplier risk analysis in procurement processes. – Deliver KPI dashboards, controls and steering materials. – Ensured governance, compliance and risk management: multi-year program covering operational and development topics including development of new solution, maintenance & support of previous solution. – Direct report to THALES Exec Committee: KPI, risk logs and audit responses. – >100M€ of gains generated through a group standardization strategy. – Reduction of processing time by 80% and purchase costs by >10%.

– In direct report to EMEA Vice President: Manage the development of more than 40 programs and 1 highly critical, Multi-site governance (EU, China, US, India), risk oversight, executive reporting. – $90M/year portfolio + led a $200M program.

– Progression from hands-on R&D engineer roles (HW and SW development) to technical leadership and project/program management positions: Consumer electronic (DVD player, Mobile Phone, TVs, Set Top Boxes).
