For the French affiliate: • Establishing, enforcing, updating and auditing the group compliance program (creation of SOPs, training of business teams) in France. • Drafting and negotiating contracts: R&D, licensing, manufacturing, aspects of distribution (GCS, distribution agreement), IT… • Validating the distribution policy in France with regards to the European competition law environment. • Managing insurance covers and budget. • Managing the legal team and department budget. • Managing disputes, internal organization and coordination with external law firms: commercial, tax, public affairs.
