o Managing and coordinating the Payment implementation (Credit Card and Fuel Card) o Defining the Payment flows and internal procedures o Regular reporting to senior management (Head of the Finance team, CTO, CEO) o Managing and negotiating business deals with key partners o Leading and coaching 3 team members

o In charge of 3 main product categories (IT, telecom and games), managing a strong relationship with many suppliers, organizing meetings, price and product negotiation. Maintaining the visibility of the products on the website o Project Management: Process and e-commerce improvement o Instigating and managing Online Marketing campaigns (with suppliers and the marketing team)

o In charge of over 40 Pan-European projects, to analyse and implement various new businesses in the MasterCard systems like new connections/infrastructure, issuing - credit and debit cards, acquiring projects, clearing & settlement set-ups or updates, etc. o Analysis of customer requirements, organization of kick-off meetings and development of Implementation Plans including all project tasks, budgets and schedules o Instigating the updates of the MasterCard systems, coordinating and driving the tasks between the teams involved o Providing training to customers who need to know more about the MasterCard systems and coaching teammates o In charge of two Global Key Accounts and building a strong relationship with each customer

o Management of more than 20 concurrent web projects, with budgets ranging from 2,5K to 800K USD o Single point of contact with customers, satisfying any request with a focus on timely delivery o Leader of a production team of 7 members o Making proposals and selling the services (Weblectures, live video or audio broadcast) o In contact with several suppliers and managing the contractors and also responsible for the recruitment o Interest in new technologies, contribution to the development and expert to demonstrate mobile solutions in a PDA environment o Visit to the US Customer sites and management of international projects

o Management of the new company website, selection of the suppliers and discussion of the budget o Management of 3 suppliers: the graphic engineer (in Paris), an American consultant and the webmaster
