LE WAGON - WEB DEVELOPMENT BOOTCAMP A unique and transformative experience at Le Wagon’s Web Development Bootcamp in Bali. This bootcamp was exceptional, taking me far from my usual environment in France and immersing me in an international setting. It was an enriching journey where I had the opportunity to collaborate with talented students from diverse countries and professional backgrounds. Intensive Training Program : • Mastered a backend language: Ruby on Rails • Strengthened foundational knowledge of frontend technologies : HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Built several web applications, applying concepts through practical projects 9 Weeks of Immersive Learning : The program was rigorous, running daily from 9 AM to 6 PM. Each day started with two hours of lectures, followed by the application of newly acquired skills through hands-on exercises and challenges. Team Project - Dashly : During the final two weeks, our group of five students collaborated on a capstone project selected from various pitches. We developed Dashly (http://www.dashlyapp.me/ - please be gentle with the responsiveness which is not working, regarding our less than 8 days of coding... 😄), a web application designed to help users track their daily activities effectively) This experience went beyond technical learning—it was a profound personal and professional development journey. I stepped out of my comfort zone, thrived in a multicultural environment, and contributed to a meaningful project as part of a highly motivated team.

Scrum Master - Eurosport & Warner Bros Max → Project: Eurosport App + 2024 Paris Olympics Features Platform: Android | Team: 9 developers + 1 lead developer - Objectives: • Business-as-usual developments. • Development and implementation of features for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games: • Medals Table • Event & Competition Schedule • Event Alerts & Notifications • Premium Content Highlights (e.g., live streams). → Project : Project: Sport Skin Platforms: Android/iOS/Web/TV | Team: 12 developers - Objectives: Skinning the Sport Player for the Max Streaming Service by implementing: • Timeline Markers: For example, during a replay of a football match, markers appear on the video timeline indicating key moments (e.g., goals, fouls). • Event Alerts: Sending notifications to users about key moments in their followed sports (e.g., a football goal) and allowing them to seamlessly switch to the relevant content. Responsibilities: • Point of Contact: Acted as the central contact for scheduling and team communication. • Team Support: Assisted the team in problem-solving and issue resolution. • Management of the different Scrum Ceremonies: Including Daily Stand-ups, Refinement, Demos, and Retrospectives. • Capacity Planning: Calculated team velocity and capacity using story points. • Release Planning: Prepared release forecasts in collaboration with the delivery manager. • Kanban Ownership: Managed and maintained the project Kanban board. • Project Oversight: Proactively addressed impediments, raised alerts, and facilitated conflict resolution.) Key Achievements: • Successful launch of the Sport Skin project in Spring 2024. • Successful implementation & operation of the 2024 Paris Olympics features during Summer 2024.

Analysis and Recommendations for CASDEN Mobile Application : • Conducted an analysis of the previous CASDEN application and internal development processes, followed by recommendations for improvements. Redesign of the CASDEN Mobile Application : Implemented a revamped version of the mobile application with new features, including: • Booking Appointments : Scheduling phone and in-person meetings directly through the app. • Loan Subscription Requests : Enabling loan applications, including the management of supporting documents and KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance directly within the app. • Customer Information Display : Viewing client profiles, ongoing loan applications, and loan management information. • Enhanced Security Features: Implementation of security measures for customer profiles. Development Management - Phase 1 : • Managed requirements and feedback between CASDEN’s leadership and the development team. • Collaborated with the UX agency to create and iterate on front-end prototypes. • Worked closely with Front-End and Back-End developers to ensure proper integration and implementation of features. • Conducted testing phases with CASDEN’s dedicated test team. Change Management : • Presented the new application alongside relevant teams. • Supported teams involved in loan management (credit approval, customer support). • Documented the project thoroughly for internal reference and future use.
