Context: Supporting the Finance function in transforming accounting processes at both European and global levels, with the outsourcing of key functions. Key Achievements: A) Led the outsourcing of general accounting, credit management, and accounts payable for 7 European countries (~150 FTEs), supported local teams through the transition, and implemented a disaster recovery plan along with standardized processes. B) Designed, developed, and led the deployment of an integrated "Order to Pay" tool in France, ensuring secure and efficient accounting transitions with rapid adoption of new processes. C) Defined the vision and target operating model for Finance, covering organization, processes, people, and systems, with a focus on credit management, master data, and procurement/accounts payable functions.
