Project Manager delivering new IT systems and enhancements to the existing CRM system to support the Institutional Client sales team. Primarily focused on creating solutions for regulatory procedures including MiFID II, EMIR and GDPR. Working directly wth the software development team to coordinate the priorities for each iteration, as well as the testing and implementation of updates. Providing regular training sessions to the Institiutional Client sales teams across Europe to keep them updated on any regulatory changes, and in the use of the systems which we implemented to ensure compliance with these changes.

Integrated a new back office data provider into Pioneers client sales reporting system. Leading a team of Business Analysts in the gap analysis process between the existing sales reporting system and the new third party system. Project Management of the offshore development and testing resources in an agile environment using JIRA. Communication of high level status to all stakeholders. Ensuring stakeholder sign-off during the UAT testing and implementation stages. Preparation and delivery of training sessions to the end users of the sales reporting system

Implemented a secure document and workflow tracking system for the onboarding process of new clients, leveraging MS SharePoint & tools developed in .NET by the offshore team . Analysis and Project Management responsibility for the replacement of the legacy Asset Management system with a new solution with in-house developed tools and 3rd party feeds. Liaised between key project stakeholders in Portfolio Management, Treasury and Accounting teams to document the legacy system data fields and processes, coordinating cross departmental user acceptance testing and final implementation

Development of automated reports (sent via FTP), for a key client to provide details of their investments held with Bank of New York Responsible for the delivery of all project requests for this client. Also included working with internal business users to workshop requirements as well as coordinating the development, testing and implementation stages. Managing issue resolution, identifying risks and coordinating change control throughout the project lifecycle.

Pioneer were using four different trading systems, one for each country: Italy, Ireland, UK and US. As Senior Business Analyst I lead a team of business analysts to document every report and process, in all four countries, which impacted their client sales reporting system. Subsequently integrated the “BlackRock Aladdin” trading system with Pioneers reporting system.

Following State Street’s acquisition of IBT in July 2007, I joined the technology conversion team analysing and documenting the systems interfaces with each client and implementing the conversion of all IBT Ireland clients to State Street systems. Leading a team of Business Analysts in creating the functional specification documents employing UML use cases and process flows. Provided monthly web demo sessions for external users as well as to prospective clients during the due diligence process, to walkthrough State Street’s online reporting suite (SWIFT and non-SWIFT)

Analysis, design and development of equity derivative software solutions. Primarily focused on an application to calculate the banks risk exposure from the options and stocks held each day at close of business Responsible for managing roll-out process of in-house pricing software to Barclays locations in Hong Kong and New York, and obtaining sign-off from Business users Liaising on new requirements between the Options Traders and IT Development
