September 2016 to present : Société Générale Private Banking, Project GSMO - Project Manager on the implementation of the new GSMO application, enhancing the way Societe Generale Privte Banking manages its Structured Products portfolios - Analysis of the enhancement of the Risk management activities for Private Banking (VAR and Stress Test calculations)

- Work on the implementation of the Treasury Saas solution Kyriba replacing the existing Treasury solution management of Noble Agri. - Conduct analysis on the Kyriba solution for future enhancements and bug fixings - Collaborate with IT and Business for the understanding of requirements and assist in the resolution of issues. - Review and validate Business Requirement documents about the release of enhancements and bug fixings. - Create Tests Scenario, Test cases and Test plans prior to the different releases to allow exhaustive tests on the developments made.

- Collect requirements from the Business on the different services constitutive of the report made available to private clients of the bank through the ebanking portal - Create and validate Business Requirement Documents (BRD), serving as milestone for developing purposes. - Intermediate between Business and IT for the global understanding of requirements. - Assist Testing team in the preparation and execution of Testing plans and in the understanding of the functional purpose of what is being tested. - Ensure support to the Business, providing quick functional feedbacks on the questions arising on the report produced.

Analyse and assist to the implementation of new features in the loan ticket of the Workstation application allowing Financial advisors to enter the characteristics of the loan made to Private clients in the application for all the platform of the bank (EMEA, ASIE) : - User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on the new functionalities and dependencies (Auto Credit Checks, Blocked Accounts reporting) -Close collaboration with IT for the implementation of the proposed solution and resolution of defects arising during Unit Testing. - Analyze of the existing loan portfolio of JPMorgan and assess the impacts of the new enhancements on the management of these loans. - Prepare and validate Business Requirement Documents prior to the different releases. - Organize workshops with the different departments of JPMorgan (Risk, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, etc...) to perform gap and impact analyses on the existing. - Preparation of the project plan and analysis of the estimated resources and budget needed to complete the project.

- Management of the Financial transactions module managing all the transactions made by companies on the financial market to manage their treasury problems. - Prepare Business requirement documents and functional specifications about new enhancements for the communication to IT for testing purposes. - Preparation and execution of test plans about new enhancements. - Management of the Financial Accounting Module translating into accounting figures all the transactions entered into the financial transaction module as well as the indicators used by the Front to value a financial instrument (MtM, accrued Interests,etc...). This new module also involves communication to clients and prospects to introduce the module and its benefits for their activities. -Implementation of the Hedge Accounting functionalities, gathering hedgins instruments (swap, cap/floor/collar, fx forward, etc...) and hedged instruments (Loan, Periodic Loan, etc...). The purpose being to assess the efficiency of Hedging (IAS 39) and to assess the efficiency of this Hedging with standard methods (dollar offset, regression method, variability reduction method).

Natixis - En charge de l'intégration de la filiére des financements structurés dans l'outil de contrôle comptable du groupe. - Mise en place de deux types de contrôle comptable : . Contrôle de PNL entre résultat économique et comptable . Contrôle de comptes de bilan entre la gestion et la compta. - Tests Front to Back sans les utilisateurs finaux (End to End) sur les outils de contrôle comptable groupe - UAT sur l'outil contrôle comptable groupe - Conduite de changement pour former les utilisateurs sur le nouvel outil de contrôle comptable. - Elaboration des specifications fonctionnelles, des études d'impact métiers sur les financements structurés.

 Assure la cohérence des données risque présentes dans le référentiel à des fins de reporting réglementaire.  Mise à jour des données Risque de Crédit (RWA, PD, LGD) des entités référencées dans l’outil Risque  Recueille, analyse et documente les besoins sur l’outil et gestion des priorités dans le Backlog de fonctionnalités.  Activité de support de niveau 1 et de formation des utilisateurs du référentiel risques.
