For 3 years I have been in charge of the Skolengo Gestion product line, which brings together our administrative and financial management solutions for schools: registration management, student base repository, invoicing, payments management, accounting, catering, extracurricular activities, integration with the ecosystem... This product joined Kosmos following the acquisition of a software company specializing in French high schools abroad. Building on a substantial legacy, we implemented APIs for key features, redesigned the parent portal, integrated with our Skolengo mobile app and other products, added electronic signatures into critical processes (like registration), implemented electronic invoicing for pioneering countries (Saudi Arabia and Benin), and carried out significant work on improving security, usability and design. This allowed us to begin targeting the French private school market.

After that, I started to work on a new Kosmos offer. We designed and developed K-Boot, a framework to address workflow and dematerialization issues, which now represents 1 M€ of ARR.
