Engineering China Expatriation to Alstom Power Wuhan Engineering Office in China. Establishment of Engineering office for ALSTOM Wuhan and in charge to recruit and train local Engineers (redaction of Technical specification, adapted quality control plan to our Chinese suppliers). Head the Sourcing on localization parts and supervise Suppliers negotiation phases Management of Technical and Quality Department for LAIBIN B Power Station in China. Management and training of local engineers on Suppliers contract follow-up (delivery and quality) for LAIBIN B Power Station project.

Expatriation to LUOHUANG Phase II Power Station site in China. Site Purchasing and Quality Manager. Management of site deliveries products from our worldwide suppliers. Products management (missing, damaged, non-conform) Purchasing of local products to replace imported damaged or missing parts. Management of site control procurement team. Site Project review with Customer on Procurement progress Training of local staff.

(12 months) ALSTOM Power – Power Plant Group / Engineering Belfort as; Internal mobility from Engineering technical department as Technical responsible of HEFEI power station project to Deputy Project Manager. Elaboration of our Technical specifications for all equipments for Balance Of Plant (BOP) in relation with our calculation, processes and Design departments.

(3.5 years) ALSTOM Power – Power Plant Group / Belfort as Projects; Employed in Sourcing Quality Department as Contracts follow-up (Deliveries and Quality) during 3 years. In charge of Combined Cycle Power Plant Contracts follow-up of KAWAS India, KOT ADDU Pakistan, EEMS Holland, MAP TA PHUT Thailand. Warrant of Deliveries and Quality of our purchased equipments to worldwide suppliers, nearly about 90 suppliers per Project. Manage our Codes and Norms library. Management of our 6 European inspectors.
