Leading position in different projects to support the Group transformation and growth. From strategic framing to transformation delivery. Project supervision and operational support. ExCo member of SG Consulting & Transformation (SG Internal Consulting Team). From assignment framing, staffing validation, staffing definition and validation, to delivery/team supervision (5 to 10 projects in portfolio, with teams up to 10 internal consultants). Main internal clients : Retail banking, Private banking, Transaction banking, Finance, IT, General Direction, Regional BU (Asia). Other contribution to SG Consulting & Transformation development and transformation) : > Key Client Coverage : key clients follow-up at Group level to discuss their strategic orientations, forecoming projects, capture needs, qualify cooperation opportunities and anticipate staffing. > Contribution to SGT development (strategy, transformation - ex. new pyramid of grades, consultant career path). > Creation of a pool of internal consultants in Romania and India. > Set up and animation (with a team of internal consultants) of a Community gathering "Transformers" (internal consultants, project managers, etc.) at Group level. HR Management of ~10 Consultants : > Support on career path : staffing (competencies/appetencies & short/long term goals), training plan definition, specific support. > Performance assessment : assessment review, due diligence, promotions/development plan.

Involved in large transformation programs, with a focus on retail and private banking.
