Led a team of 14 people across 4 digital product teams dedicated to Product Master Data Management (PMDM) : • Defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for four distinct products, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Building and cultivating product-oriented teams to maximize business value and efficiency. • Implementing agile practices and fostering collaboration with external teams to streamline operations.

Operating in South-East Asia, Archetype Environment is a Joint Venture providing a large range of services for water management with a focus on the implementation of Geographical Information Systems (GIS) in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Myanmar and Philippines. As Executive Manager of the company, I was in charge of business development and project management through the coordination of the resources and distinctive skills of the three JV partners : • Definition of the business strategy and adaptation of the marketing offer to local needs; • Identification and follow-up on business leads; • Needs assessment and analysis of bidding documents; • Preparation of commercial proposals in coordination with technical experts (in France and Vietnam).

In 2009, as co-founder with 2 senior associates, I set up FLAU: a multidisciplinary engineering firm specialized in turnkey solutions for wastewater treatment. Strongly oriented towards international markets (Europe and North-Africa), the company has quickly grown to 7 employees in 2012 with a turnover of over 1M€. I was initially in charge of defining the business processes and implementing the information system based on an open source ERP. Upon which I was responsible for the management of the business and the international projects. Implementation of the information system: • Defined all business processes including CRM, purchases, accounting, project management and knowledge capitalization; • Successfully implemented the open-source solutions OpenERP to manage Purchases, Sales and Accounting; • Setup the IT infrastructure including 2 Unix servers and 7 Windows clients pursuing paperless goal; • Designed and implemented automatic dashboard using JasperReport for project monitoring. Business and Project Management: • Responsible for day-to-day business management including accounting, treasury management and financial reporting to the shareholders; • Managed scope, budget, and schedules for a team of 2 design engineers and 2 technicians; • Coordinated projects implementation until delivery of international projects (Croatia, Spain and Algeria) • Prepared and presented more than 10 commercial proposals to clients;

As a consultant I performed various tasks in the integration of HR Access for key accounts (EDF, Air France, La Banque Postale and AFPA). HR Access is an ERP for Human Resource Management used by nearly half of the 50 biggest companies in France. • Workgroup facilitation to define functional requirements and project boundary • Design and writing of functional and technical solutions • Development of technical solutions and bug fixing • Writing of user acceptance test • Staff training of end users for change management Missions: • AFPA: Implementation of HR ACCESS for the management of the 160 000 students – 6 months • AIR FRANCE: Implementation of HR ACCESS for the management social contributions – 4 months • EDF: Perfective maintenance under operational conditions – 4 months • LA BANQUE POSTALE: Implementation of HR Access for the HR information system overhaul – 2 months
