Developed an AI-assisted segmentation pipeline for Free-Running 5D cardiac MRI using nnU-Net, enabling automatic and accurate ventricular volume quantification. Integrated a real-time client–server system between the MRI scanner and a processing node, allowing on-scanner delivery of reconstructed, segmented, and quantified images within minutes.
