As a Design System Lead, I'm responsible for leading and managing the design system initiative within the organization. I oversee/ do the follow-up of design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the design system (including design and tech resources). I also collaborate with managers (VPs) to promote the Design System in the organization and advocate product adoption (other product managers take this into account in their roadmap) a Design System isn't only the UX expertise, it is also the UI and even code! At least is what I bring to the table. I'm side by side with the DS team members to help and coach them to reach the vision we are constructing together.

I’ve been exposed to large-scale projects, with demanding customers on different business industries (Loewe, EDF, L’Oréal, YSL, SNCF, Tag Heuer, Accor). In collaboration with designers, developers and project managers, we’ve developed web sites, Facebook applications, Wordpress and Tumblr themes - PHP environment. My main goal: To produce clean and maintainable code, supporting cross-browser issues (HTML/HTML5 - CSS/CSS3 transition), producing non-intrusive Javascript with jQuery. R&D on Responsive Design.
