Mid-2024, my mission at OVH Group was coming to an end, and I felt the need to take on new challenges before continuing my career. I wanted to discover a part of the world I didn’t know, live new experiences, and keep learning — particularly by improving my Spanish skills. Over the course of these six months, I had the chance to explore six incredible countries: Peru – Bolivia – Patagonia (Chile & Argentina) – Brazil – Argentina – Chile – Uruguay. I also took part in several volunteering activities: renovating a house, working as an au pair, and helping create community gardens. These experiences, combined with solo backpacking, allowed me to contribute locally, discover breathtaking landscapes, and — most importantly — shift my perspective through the people I met. I developed valuable skills such as teamwork, autonomy, intercultural communication, adaptability, and self-awareness. Additionally, after spending three months in Argentina with intensive Spanish classes, I am now able to work in Spanish.

- Support changes in governance/strategy (~800 users) - Define change management strategy for new processes and PPM tools - Manage the changeover to the group's new PPM tool (functionnal requirement specifications, communication plan, training, resistance to change, identify AS IS/TO BE gaps, prioritize user stories with teams, etc.). -Understand user needs, workflows with user workshop - Diagnose the extent of change (change log) - Test new tool (acceptation, functionnal) - Manage the project on behalf of the BU I represent - Engage teams by demonstrating the importance of their role in the change (key user, sponsor, user...) - Monitor the evolution of the tool over time, based on the needs of the teams, and provide agile support for the change. The project was to bring together 4 entities around the same PPM tool.
