Ma mission est d'agir comme le pont entre la vision technologique, la stratégie digitale et le succès commercial, pour aider les acteurs de l'énergie à transformer leurs projets en réussites concrètes et rentables. Mes domaines d'intervention : 🔹 Conseil en Stratégie Technologique & Digitale J'accompagne les acteurs de la filière dans la définition de leur feuille de route de digitalisation et dans leurs choix de solutions technologiques pour optimiser la performance de leurs opérations. 🔹 Pilotage de Projets & Portefeuilles Complexes J'assure la gestion de bout-en-bout de projets de transformation complexes, du cadrage à la mise en production. J'agis comme l'interface experte entre les équipes métier, R&D et IT pour garantir l'alignement et la livraison de valeur. 🔹 Développement et Déploiement d'Innovation (Go-to-Market) Je structure et pilote la mise sur le marché de nouvelles technologies en Europe. Pour le compte d'entreprises technologiques internationales comme Anessa, j'assure le développement commercial , la représentation locale, la coordination de projet et la création de partenariats stratégiques.

En tant que représentant local pour Anessa, leader canadien des logiciels pour la filière biogaz, ma mission est de les accompagner dans leur croissance et de structurer leur présence sur les marchés français et allemand. With a decarbonation target of 100% renewable gas by 2050 (i.e. 460TWh), and an ambition of 30% by 2030, the gas sector must develop three major sectors: methanization (30% of the deposit), pyrogasification (40%) and power-to-gas (30%). In this context, I accompany GRDF's Biomethane Department in the launch, management and monitoring of research and development (R&D) projects around the renewable production of methane (covering the 3 fields). The projects developed meet 5 main challenges: to gain competitiveness in biomethane production, to increase environmental benefits and limit related CO2 emissions, to increase network flexibility, to give credibility to new production methods, and to increase the safety of injection. || Methanization; Methanation; Photoreduction; Electroreduction; Biogenic CO2; LCA; Optimization; Self-consumption; Multi-vector networks ||

In order to respect the climate commitments, the energy sector must evolve to support its transition. One of the levers of this transition is based on the distribution network, its intelligent management, and the anticipation of tomorrow's world to support the development of renewable energy, electric mobility, flexibility... In this context and a second issue of transition to a framework of agility at scale largely inspired by SAFe, I worked at the interface between the various businesses and development plants to evolve the metering chain in the short, medium and very long term (anticipation of the energy future). I accompanied the domain (in the sense of SAFe organization) in the definition of the new business needs for the communicating metering chain of the distribution network for the business market (above 36 kVA).
