• Design, implement and improve all compensation, benefits, payroll and interim workforce policies and procedures. • Manage a team of 10 direct reports (including 2 managers). • Insure employee human capital cost & tax optimization. • Implement, maintain HR tools and HR data (SuccessFactors) • Manage the fleet & mobility policies • Coordinate and supervise salary review and bonus processes. • In collaboration with the Finance team, conduct audits, impact analyses and set up / follow up the personnel costs budget

• Coordinate the job descriptions process, implement a new job classification methodology and job governance • Participate in the development and implementation of the performance management system, insure communication towards the employees, training for managers and follow-up on results • Design compensation & incentive policies to the HR management & executive committee • Optimize and administrate the different benefit plans • Advice the HR management on tax optimization of the compensation package

• Coordinate and administrate Group Short & Long Term Incentive plans • Draft and coordination C&B offers and employment agreements for senior management of the Group • Process the yearly remuneration review of Executive Management, expatriates/international employees • European Group insurance (pension, life, disability) and global benefits development including funds & vendor selection and agreements • Develop, test and implement HRIS tools related to payroll, equity and performance management • Assist in the design and implementation of the Performance Management process across the Group for management at Director level & above (US, Europe, Asia) • Design, update and promote the global mobility policies (short & long term) • Provide overall organizational assistance to expatriates before, during and after the international assignment

• Payroll implementation, development and processing for designated countries in Europe (250 employees in 10 different countries) • Development and testing of new HRIS (Workday) for administration and attendance management • Provide management and administrative support for benefit plans in Europe (medical, pension, life & disability insurances)
