Being part of the Generalist Paris team: ▪ Assisted BPCE in an CDD / ODD for the acquisition of Novo Banco (c.€6.4bn transaction) ▪ Managed the operational due diligence for the acquisition of an office tower in Paris by a Norwegian Bank (diagnostic of the operating model, conducted interviews with management) ▪ Acted as a manager as part of a 9-month PMI project in the pharmaceutical industry – integration of OTC business from Viatris Inc. to Cooper Consumer Health (€2.1bn transaction): €35m reduction achieved in the TSA to be put in place, TOM defined with 600+ conveyed people, definition of the change programme and communication plan ▪ Acted as a manager as part of the production of a buy-side carve-out due diligence report in the telecoms industry, i.e., managed the project alone with the team staffed, presented key outputs during weekly SteerCos, close interaction with Client’s M&A team) ▪ Assisted a French BNPL Fintech willing to develop international activities (BNPL market study, target customer and merchant journeys designed, business plan, TOM defined) ▪ Performed an operational due diligence for the acquisition of a leading European life insurance company’s French activities (review of process, clients’ portfolio & IT systems)

- Conducted companies research in order to gain in-depth knowledge about disruptive trends in several industries - Produced valuation for potential acquisitions (Infrastructure, Consumer and Autos) - business plan analysis, merger models, DDM, DCF, trading comps, transactions comps - Analysed the impact of mergers, acquisitions, LBO and capital raises on earnings - Assisted with the preparation of presentations (marketing and financial materials)

- Analyzed the financial and economic environment of markets - Updated the valuation models and financial analysis grids of companies covered and key competitors (DCF, Peers and Transaction Multiples) - Participated in the collection of value-added information to prepare pitches and reports for our investors and clients - Realized a daily coverage of sectors

- Audited banks and real estates’ accounts according to the French PCG and IFRS regulations (Clients: Cushman & Wakefield, GEMB, CMCIC Bail) - Investigated and realized controls over internal processes - Identified and analysed potential risks (operational and financial) - Realized memorandums in order to certify the accounts’ level of reliability

- Monitored transactions and analysed loan requests on value destructive transactions for all business lines within CIB - Proposed recommendations to optimize the portfolio with active management solutions in order to reduce the exposure of the portfolio (Credit Default Swaps) - Followed-up previous transactions and their value creation - Spotted and analysed the most exposed clients with the portfolio so as to reduce the exposure or monitor the evolution

- Realized and followed-up reporting of projects in Africa - Analyzed the potential mismatches between the realised and the budgeted costs - Prepared pitches in order to present the projects’ evolution
