EMIR transaction reporting business analyst & consultant • Knowledge of EMIR and its operational impact (including reporting and operational controls and oversight ) • Process mapping and gaps analysis as-is vs to-be • Setting up a process on indirect clearing for ETD (segregated vs. omnibus) with organisational and operational implementation with counterparties • Implementation of a process on portfolio reconciliation, dispute resolution and reporting controls • Serving as an OTC & ETD subject matter expert • Interaction with the second lines of defence (Compliance, Legal, etc.) • Governance of the sourcing process with the group (RACI definition, internal organisation, etc.) • Vision on EMIR refit strategy and the resulting controls for operations

Assistant Manager Regulatory Reporting • Responsible for the preparation and control of Alternative Investments production – AIFMD – for all clients • Maintaining and prioritising the product backlog as product owner via Jira Confluence • Assimilation of the regulatory concepts by reading directives, Q&A, requirements and apply them on the day-to-day work • Maintain and review operating procedures and manuals required by staff to perform repeatable tasks ensuring they are current and reflective of current operating practice

• Calculation and control of the exposure for OTC & ETD derivatives in the context of Alternative Investments reporting AIFMD • Gathering business requirements - including specifications from ESMA and various National Competent Authority – as business analyst for the preparation of the AIFMD Annex IV report – and translating them into user stories for developers • Participating to the Agile daily stand-up meeting as representative of the business(es) to ensure issues – product backlog items - were documented, prioritised, and resolved in a timely manner • Maintaining and prioritising the product backlog with the support of Microsoft TFS technologies • Accurately interpreting obligations and changes from Regulator(s), conducting gap analysis and maintaining fit-for-purpose documentation • Investigating and successfully resolved highly technical and complex queries from Regulators within tight deadlines • Responsible for the preparation and control of UCITs and AIFs monthly factsheets
