The objective is to manage their expectations in terms of logistics service and to guarantee its proper execution with optimal full costs. Organization of KAIZEN events and top to top meetings in the main European markets. Implementation of a co-planning process with Rexel. Improved end customer service rate from 82 to 96%. During this period, interim mission to replace the Supply Lead Lighting France for 7 months to ensure the execution of a social plan to restructure the team and involving the departure of 12 people.

TO 1 403 Millions € - 5 000 FTE Program Director in charge of change management and communication for the consolidation of 10 existing local distribution centers into 3 based in Eastern and Western Europe. Co-leadership of the project with 3 other members. Creation of 3 new sites: Lyon/Venlo/Budapest and coverage of all the needs of the different markets within the planned time frame.

TO 930 Millions € - 350 FTE Member of the restricted Management Team leading a team of more than 50 people. Responsible for sales forecasts, customer service and logistics. Migration of the two SAP environments into a single common one. Introduction of the LEAN approach, improvement in productivity by 10%, reduction in logistics costs (-1M€), improvement in the accuracy of forecasts by 10 points (#1 in Europe).

TO 250 Millions € - 150 FTE Member of the restricted Management Team and responsible for management control, IT, customer orders, after-sales service and quality. Remote management of general accounting, customers and suppliers, purchasing and legal matters within shared service centers. Maintenance of the network of 250 approved repairers, active participation within the professional union in the creation of Eco-System, head of the customer service improvement project (CSL) resulting in an increased delivery performance of 35% in one year, implementation of SOX controls for the DAP Division in Europe.

TO 500 Millions € - 100 FTE Automation of reporting to the headquarters, creation of a simulation tool for costs of organization and reduction by 3 in customer overdues.

TO 500 Millions € - 16 countries in Europe Consolidation and analysis of the results of the 16 European countries for the Division. Creation of a new approach for calculating internal transfer prices and calculating the full margin.
