Scale-up, environ 80 personnes SaaS B2B pour la restauration et Application B2C Principales missions : - Mener les phases de Recherche utilisateur (Discovery : entretiens utilisateurs, questionnaires...) mais également tout au long de la Delivery (tests d’utilisabilité lors de la Conception et Review) - Participation à la définition du Persona et du Product Vision Board - Mise en place de la structure pour recueillir et centraliser les feedbacks utilisateurs lors des phases de Recherche, avec Notion - Documenter et Partager les insights et apprentissages avec les stakeholders, via Notion - Étroite collaboration avec la Product Owner : Participer à Définition des mesures de succès (KPIs), pour s'assurer que les fonctionnalités lancées avaient l'impact souhaité
