Develop and execute strategies to optimize the PTP process across the EMEAR region, driving process efficiencies and standardization while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Manage all purchasing operations for the France region, including the procurement of goods and services, vendor management, and contract negotiations Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring that they meet performance and quality standards Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements, and to develop sourcing strategies that align with business objectives Ensure that all purchasing activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and procedures, and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations Monitor purchasing performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize purchasing processes and achieve cost savings Supervise a team of purchasing professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and coaching to support their development and success

Support the P2P GBS Director in strengthening the harmonization of processes, performance monitoring and governance of sessions with countries Contribute to the Purchasing policy application within the Shared Services Center Asia and its country-specific implementation. - Participate in the continuous improvement process (including formalization and proper storage of P2P process descriptions and deliverables on a regular basis) Participate to quality communication with internal GBS P2P clients and build mutual and enduring trust

Ensure smooth functioning of the purchasing operations for EMEAR region, and ensure that the procurement activities are in compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders such as suppliers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of goods and services. Work closely with the procurement team to ensure all purchases are tracked, and that the procurement process is transparent. Monitor vendor performance and initiate corrective actions if required. Ensure that all purchase orders and contracts are completed accurately and on time. Identify areas of improvement in the procurement process and implement necessary changes. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to purchasing activities.

Serve as a strategic finance partner to the business and senior leadership team, providing financial analysis, planning, and forecasting to support decision-making. Develop and maintain financial models to help drive business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and mitigate risks. Analyze financial data and develop insights to support decision-making related to business strategies, operations, and investments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to provide financial guidance and support. Prepare and present financial reports, presentations, and analyses to senior management, including variance analysis and commentary. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and support of business objectives.
