At Malvern Panalytical, I’m part of the global Project Management Office, driving innovation in product development by managing strategic R&D projects. I lead international, cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business priorities in sustainability, quality, and performance. I use a blend of Agile and Waterfall methods to manage the full project lifecycle—from vision to value. My role includes planning, budgeting, risk and stakeholder management, and facilitating team collaboration across departments like R&D, Product Marketing, and Supply Chain. I'm passionate about streamlining processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, all while ensuring that our projects bring meaningful impact.

I am providing hands-on leadership to client-orientated projects, manage scope, budget, planning, quality, and customer satisfaction of projects. I am in collaboration with cross-functional teams-sales, marketing, a technical team on a global scale and I am supporting new services by giving information to the corporate laboratories based on customer feedback and competition in the market. Building a strong customer relationship especially with the key decision-makers is also an essential part of my job.

I was responsible for managing R&D projects, preparing their documentation, establishing necessary relations with universities and carrying out joint projects, and following the necessary procedures on Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights. I was coordinating all cross-functional teams and presenting projects when it was necessary.

I was designing, implementing, and conducting necessary experiments to meet the project objectives on a lab-scale. Project Title: Preparation of biomimetic nanofiltration membrane with the aquaporin of Halophilic bacterium, Halomonas elongata
