Responsible for accomplishing the whole seismic and structural analysis and design of different types of projects, as per code standards, alongside needed drawings, and details, for execution. Some Key Responsibilities Handled: - Complete analysis and design of various projects, including all variety of structural, horizontal and vertical, elements. - Complete seismic analysis of projects as per standard codes. - Issue detailed drawings, and shop drawings, beside notes of all standards and norms to be followed during execution. - Communicate with the clients and adapt to meet their requirements.

1- Responsible for managing and delivering the “Quarantina Governmental Hospital” 15 million $ (USD) project. 2- Responsible for delivering a six buildings construction project alongside agreed scope, budget, schedule & customer expectations. Some Key Responsibilities Handled: - Identify positive and negative risks. - Plan site works, material and resource requirements. - Lead the working labor and ensure strict conformance to methods, quality and safety on site. - Ensure the execution of the project as per requirements, on schedule and within budget. - Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and Engineers for various site activities. - Carry out shop drawings for execution and verify all As-Build drawings. - Monitor and control the work progress. - Attend monthly progress review meetings with the Client. - Arrange required daily reports to monitor productivity, performance, status, etc. - Ensure the continual availability of material and equipment to meet the construction program. - Understand and identify any exiting problems, correct them and notify the proper level of authority. - Ensure that the company’s Management Systems (Quality, HSE Management Systems, etc.) are implemented, complied with and maintained across all activities and associated project sites.

Responsible of all site works and coordination at “Antonine International School, Ajaltoun” project, a large construction project that includes many challenges I overcame to successfully deliver the project. Some Key Responsibilities Handled: - Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering project. - Lead the working labor and ensure strict conformance to methods, quality and safety on site. - Interact daily with the client to interpret their needs and requirements and take Minutes of Meeting at each gathering. - Carrying out shop drawings for execution and verifying all As-Build drawings. - Monitor and control the work progress, productivity, performance, etc. - Ensure the continual availability of material and equipment to meet the construction program. - Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, and personnel’s performance). - Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions. - Prepare snag lists then handing over to the client. - Prepare all project documents, variation orders, requests for proposal, requests for information, quantity take-offs, etc.

In charge of concept designs, structural designs, quantity surveys and take-offs, Bill of Quantities, and cost estimation of high rise buildings.
