En tant qu'Architecte de Synthèse actuellement impliqué dans le projet de compétition pour le site de Versailles dédié aux Jeux Olympiques, je m'engage à exceller dans les responsabilités suivantes : Analyser les dossiers d'appels d'offres, y compris les pièces contractuelles, les éléments techniques et administratifs. Établir et maintenir des relations avec les diverses parties prenantes des projets, tant internes qu'externes. Effectuer une analyse complète des projets pour élaborer une étude de synthèse, notamment la création d'un plan pré-EXE. Élaborer des plans de synthèse afin d'assurer la cohérence spatiale des différents éléments d'ouvrage, conformément aux dispositions architecturales. Étudier les métrés et rechercher des solutions techniques optimales, incluant l'exploration de matériaux de substitution, pour la réalisation des ouvrages. Rédiger la documentation technique nécessaire pour chaque projet. Assurer une coordination efficace avec les différents bureaux d'études, notamment en matière de dessins. De plus, je suis également responsable de la modélisation 3D pour les rendus de projets, ajoutant ainsi une dimension visuelle précise et immersive à notre travail sur ce site prestigieux dédié aux Jeux Olympiques. Mon engagement envers l'excellence dans la synthèse architecturale contribue à faire de ce projet une réalité remarquable.
