As the General Manager of Ajimex, I led the operations and strategic direction of this 3PL logistics company, specializing in the Health & Care sector. In my role, I oversaw all aspects of the business, including team leadership (150), operational excellence, client relationship management, and financial performance. I ensured that Ajimex delivered tailored, compliant, and innovative supply chain solutions that met the stringent requirements of the Health & Care industry. Additionally, I drove initiatives to enhance efficiency, maintain regulatory compliance (GDP, ISO, AFMPS), and cultivate a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
