– Strategic product leadership for early-stage and growth-stage companies in digital health, FemTech and e-commerce: roadmap ownership, team building, and hands-on delivery, coaching/mentoring. – Owned the product roadmap for a medical expertise platform and redesigned the partner onboarding journey end-to-end. – Scaled from 1-4 integrated partners, cut processing time by 4x, achieved NPS 4.72/5 and +200 cases/month

– Finalized app development (menstrual cycle tracking, mental health, nutrition, body literacy) and owned the full launch, 1,000 sign-ups in 2 weeks – Ran post-launch discovery: user interviews with early adopters to improve onboarding flow and define pricing strategy

– Built and led the product team: recruited a developer, managed a UX designer – Drove e-commerce growth through SEO optimization and the creation of a new subcategory page, improving product discoverability and conversion

– First hire: co-built the organization alongside the founder over 5 years, from zero infrastructure to a structured consulting practice – Designed recruitment processes, onboarding frameworks and consultant management systems as the team scaled – AXA (3 years): Led the product roadmap for 4 digital products and aligned 3 squads on quarterly priorities – Société Générale (3 months): Coached 4 Product Owners on agile principles and product thinking. Redesigned the requirements workflow and repaired the business/tech relationship – France.tv: Improved the replay experience across apps, coordinating marketing, analytics, advertising, design and engineering teams (+0.2 points improvement on app store ratings.)
