•Ensure clients satisfaction and coordination of the daily activity of the team •Actively participate and work with Business analyst in the launch of any incremental business solutions •Shareholders account opening review and maintenance of accounts including Real Estate shareholders accounts

•Preparation of quarterly and bi-monthly budgets and analysis of variances •Training and development of new team members and new staff. •Acted as a key client contact, ensuring timely and accurate responses to any client queries. •Review VAT declaration and calculation of recovery rate •Ad hoc projects involvement: i.e Improvement of current accounting system (Eagle)
