Management of Complex Software development projects.

Leading IT software development, IT infrastructure, Information Security, Database development, and Finance and Risks projects and regulations. Both metologies used Waterfall and Agile, Scrum and Kanban.

IT implementation, Information Security, Detabase Development, IT Infrastructure, Risk and Financial Regulatory Projects Management according to the adopted methodology in the organization including but not limited to: - Creating project management plan, project schedule, work break down structure and cost benefit analyses with the teams; - Defining tasks, responsible person and continuing follow-up; - Leading the process of creating and reconciling project scope related documents- Business requirements; Functional specifications etc.; - Creates Risk register; - Consolidate, prepare documentation related to project management and presents status, risks, issues & achievements for steering committees; - Leading of the decision making process; - Assembling and managing project teams; - Organizing & facilitating meetings.; - Define project goals and deliverables that support business goals; Scope and Change management; - Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals; - Develop project plans and associated documents such as work break down structures, test strategy and test plans, training and cut over plans, cost benefit analysis, statement of work, impact map etc.; - Track project milestones and deliverables; - Identify gaps, risks, creating choices and providing alternatives courses of actions in a timely manner; - Design targets and standards to meet customer needs; - Suggest techniques and tools to support task performance; - Direct and manage project development in collaboration with senior management; - Focus the team on tasks and targets to meet internal or external customer requirements; - Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication to facilitate motivation and creativity; - Encourage problem solving and collaboration; - Ensure the excellent performance of the team through regular reviews.

PROJECT MANAGER AND PROJECT PORTFOLIO MANAGER Responsible for Responsible for project management and for project portfolio management. RESPONSIBILITIES:  IT, Financial and Regulatory Project Management;  Project Portfolio Management;  Preparation of analyses, reports, forecasts, presentations and dashboards related to the Project Portfolio.  Budgeting and monitoring of projects costs for all active projects in the Bank.  Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals;  Scope and Change management;  Develop project plan and associated documents such as work break down structures, test strategy and test plans, training and cut over plans, cost benefit analysis, statement of work, training plan, impact map etc.;  Track project milestones and deliverables;  Identify gaps, risks, creating choices and providing alternatives courses of actions in a timely manner;  Design targets and standards to meet customer needs;  Suggest techniques and tools to support task performance;  Assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and communicate the need for recruitments if necessary in a timely manner;  Direct and manage project development in collaboration with senior management;  Focus the team on tasks and targets to meet internal or external customer requirements;  Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication to facilitate motivation and creativity;  Encourage problem solving and collaboration;  Ensure the excellent performance of the team through regular reviews.

 Preparation of analyses, reports, presentations and dashboards related to the control of non-HR costs in line with the budget and in accordance with the internal rules;  Monitoring of administrative costs;  Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts. Cost Committee preparation;  Lean Six Sigma process optimization.

 Preparation of analyses, reports, presentations and dashboards related to the control of to the buildings and facilities of the Bank.  Monitoring of administrative costs;  Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts.

 Analyses network positioning, improvement, market share and effectiveness;  Preparation of different financial analyses, reports, forecasts and presentations in relation to Retail Branch Network;  Defines the Bank’s strategy for micro-markets’ coverage, aiming the best possible balance between number of locations and profitability;  Plans, coordinates and executes the retail network transformation initiatives (e.g., opening, closing, change of business model, branch efficiency improvement plan, re-locations, and customer portfolio migrations).  Products and process optimization.
