– Acting as a technical leader and trusted advisor for business, development, and infrastructure teams, promoting best practices in architecture, modernization, and continuous integration. – Supporting digital transformation by guiding teams toward innovative, high-quality solutions that deliver long-term value. – Structuring an internal ecosystem aimed at improving productivity, monitoring, preventing incidents, and ensuring optimal production. – Creation of a stellar cross-functional team to manage operations at Yuzzu, responsible for IT infrastructure, application, and PRD and NON PRD IT system. – Development and implementation of a strategy and vision for migrating services from old solutions to cloud solutions. – Management of HQ and DR solutions, backup, security, monitoring, reporting, implementation of a Hybrid infrastructure (Azure, AWS, Private Cloud & on-premise), adhering to AXA group directives.

– Reconstruction of PRD and NON PRD infrastructure to optimize application development from NON PROD to PROD. – Review of internal applications to establish a DevOps SRE cycle within the team. Empowering development teams to be autonomous in their tasks and implementing automation for testing and deployments. – Implementation of CAB (Change Approval Board) and release processes for business applications.

– Following the rebranding, implementation of the company's migration to the new brand. Work on the technical aspects of IT: infrastructure (DNS, MAIL, ReverseProxy, security gateway, ...), applications, business solutions. – Management of the migration, with a particular focus on automation as a new company strategy. Promotion of agility and DevOps SRE principles.
