Malak Ghada Guergour

Introduction

I am an ICT Engineer with a Master’s degree in Information and Communication Technologies (STIC) from the University of Guelma, where I graduated top of my class. I am passionate about data, artificial intelligence, and transforming information into actionable insights that serve real user needs. What sets me apart is my ability to go beyond technical analysis. I strive to understand the context, think from the user’s perspective, and deliver clear, meaningful results. My skill set includes Excel, Power BI, and Python, and I apply these tools with a strong sense of structure, logic, and communication. I have deep interests in natural language processing, computer vision, and business intelligence. I’ve worked on projects involving facial recognition, sign language interpretation systems, and route optimization based on big data. I also believe that effective data storytelling is key. That’s why I continuously expand my knowledge through books like Data Science from Scratch by Joel Grus and Storytelling with Data by Cole Nussbaumer Knaflic. Outside of tech, I am also a singer and musician, blending creativity with analytical thinking to approach problems from unique angles. I am eager to connect with professionals and teams working on innovative, data-driven solutions.
