As part of my final-year project at Huawei Tunisia, I designed and implemented a complete analytics stack to improve visibility and decision-making on the sales opportunity pipeline. I modeled a star-schema DWH on SQL Server and built a replayable SSIS ETL (CSV → staging → DWH) with data-quality checks. I then delivered a Power BI dashboard with KPIs (revenue, #opportunities, win rate) and multi-axis analysis (time, region, sector). On the ML side, I trained a transparent logistic-regression model (scikit-learn) to estimate win probability and re-integrated the scores into SQL Server (ml.predictions, ml.vw_last_predictions) for direct consumption in BI. The result is a unified, reliable view that helps sales teams prioritize actions. Tech: SQL Server/SSMS, SSIS, Power BI (DAX), Python (pandas, scikit-learn).

Assisted in reviewing and updating internal financial dashboards for profitability and risk assessment. Cleaned and structured customer financial data for reporting and internal audits. Identified anomalies in transactions and contributed to risk reports for the internal control team. Gained exposure to forecasting, credit analysis, and regulatory compliance procedures.

Completed an observational internship within a local BIAT Bank branch during my undergraduate studies in Management. Gained practical exposure to daily banking operations, customer service workflows, and transaction handling. Observed front-office activities including account opening, deposits, and internal document processing. Developed a foundational understanding of branch-level financial procedures and client interaction protocols.
