• Reporting to the director of Insurance Delivery Team • Completing onsite missions and implementations projects • Working independently and leading teams with Azentio customers to evaluate their business processes and deliver the appropriate solution. This includes, but is not limited to, evaluating the customers' requirements, and providing detailed documentation for a custom solution that satisfies the customers' business and technical requirements. • Working closely with customers and teams to manage and implement customer trials, propose technically feasible solutions and set accurate expectations on effort and timelines for implementation. • Establishing success criteria and acting as the single point of contact for the customer for all issues and project deliverables. • Creating and managing proposals, Statements of Work and detailed project plans for customer implementation including timelines and effort estimates. • Working closely with Account Management, engineering, product development and Technical Support to resolve issues that arise during customer implementation. • Identifying new product features and additional sales opportunities during implementation and communication of the same to product development and sales teams. • Tracking and documenting status and time spent on customer implementation. • Participating in internal projects that help scale the group, implementing best practices, and improving the methodology and quality of implementations. • Reviewing quality of customer Implementation.

• Reporting to the director of delivery support team for IMAL applications both Retail and Finance • Troubleshooting, testing and helping users in their day-to-day operations while completing several onsite missions and implementations • Conducting analysis on new requirements and modifications as per client's requests • Increasing revenue through implementation of well devised business plans contributing to an enhanced performance
