Requirements Gathering & Business Analysis: • Engage with stakeholders to capture functional and technical requirements, evaluate best practices, and define system implementation strategies. • Develop Business Solution Design Documents (BSDDs) and negotiate solutions with clients. Technical Design & Customization: • Prepare technical scope and customization documents, and coordinate with developers to ensure alignment with business needs. • Evaluate and recommend optimal approaches for system customizations. Functional Builds, Integrations & Support: • Participate in functional builds, database modifications, and solution design for Finastra platforms. • Troubleshoot technical issues via log analysis, resolve problems, and escalate complex cases when needed. • Provide functional oversight and support in the integration of payment and messaging systems (SWIFT, SARIE, ACH, RTGS, Sadad), with a deep understanding of integration flows, system behavior, and compliance standards. Testing, Training & Client Success: • Lead full-cycle testing and manage release coordination with client teams. • Act as primary client contact and provide support in testing and go-live phases. • Conduct internal and external workshops and training sessions. • Join client project teams to provide updates, track issues, and ensure deadlines are met. Regional Finastra Implementation Experience: • Contributed to 20+ successful projects across the MENA region, including onsite stakeholder engagement and project coordination. • Delivered implementations and system upgrades for Finastra Back Office and Corporate Banking modules, with a focus on Trade Finance, Cash Management, and Supply Chain Finance.

• Monitor client accounts, analyze incomings and outgoings, and perform daily, weekly, and annual forecasts. • Develop proposals, contracts, RFPs, and pricing for targeted accounts. • Distribute and resell IT management software, including ManageEngine, Bitdefender Antivirus, Acronis Backup and Microsoft licenses. • Develop a trusted relationship with key accounts. • Held meetings with some of the top companies in Lebanon, including banks, holdings, educational and governmental institutions. • Set up new accounts, increasing the number of the company's accounts by 130%, and the total sales amount by 90%.
