The Picnic Stories spark was born in 2020 from the desire to create moments of sharing and conviviality. This entrepreneurial adventure was an opportunity to experience the nuts and bolts of running a business at 200%, to fall 10 times and bounce back 11 times. My missions: - Company creation: market study and business plan, development of the high-end Picnic concept, creation of brand identity, creation of offers: marketing and pricing. - Corporate development: development of commercial partnerships, definition of development strategy and recalibration of offers based on market feedback, improvement of internal processes, - Event management: event design, logistics organization, supplier selection, consulting and customer relations, - Creation of an e-commerce site: market research, selection of products for sale and creation of universes, production of unique pieces (cushions, foutas, seats), selection of suppliers (Europe, Morocco, Tunisia), pricing, communication strategy, development of an e-commerce site, BtoB prospecting (concept stores) and BtoB sales, - Implementation of agility as part of the development of the e-commerce site: Training in agile methods, tools and practices, encouraging team autonomy and development, leading various agile ceremonies, support for the role of PO, implementation of collaboration tools (Trello, Slack, Drive). - Management: a work-study student in Customer Relations and Administration, a work-study student in Digital Communication and 3 interns in Communication / Business Development - Day-to-day business management: accounting, cash flow monitoring, HR administration

Fascinated by group dynamics and interpersonal communication, I adapt my training courses to the challenges of specific contexts: - Mediation and conflict resolution training for community leaders - Training for mothers from disadvantaged neighborhoods on communication and conflict resolution tools (Women Without Borders, Banlieues santé). - Training for journalists and community leaders on non-violent communication, facilitation and cognitive biases (RREF)

Within the Risk Management Department : - Carrying out internal control missions: checking the application of internal accounting processes, - RGPD assignments: training, interviews, drafting of regulatory documents, - Internal audit assignments (SAPIN II): stakeholder mapping, third-party assessment, anti-corruption accounting control, etc. Sectors: Public, Technology, Banking in France and abroad

In support of the Group's internal controllers: - Review of documents produced by the Internal Control department in order to prepare and support the Group's organizational changes; - Use of the department's IT tools to analyze business data (extraction of information for statistical analysis, inputting and posting of information or documents online); - Reflection on the integration of environmental criteria into internal control guidelines.

Implementation of the first CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) reporting for an international oil and gas engineering group: - Design and preparation of a report based on CSR themes, in conjunction with members of the CSR Project team, and collection of information from the parent company, - Establish contact with contacts in each subsidiary, - Collecting and analyzing information from subsidiaries within given deadlines, - Processing and summarizing the CSR information obtained.

The Humanity in Action Fellowship brings together international groups of Fellows to study minority rights and produce original research exploring how and why individuals and societies, past and present, have resisted intolerance and protected democratic values. Separate programs take place for five weeks every summer in Amsterdam, Berlin, Copenhagen, Paris, and Warsaw. As part of this program, I organized a conference entitled " The art of communicating for better co-existence " which brought over 500 participants together with the aim of : - Raise awareness of communication tools to promote living together - Understand how lack of communication feeds racism and extremism - Encourage inter-cultural, inter-religious and "inter-group" dialogue. This conference was led by 4 experts and 1 moderator from Paris Dauphine University.
