CEO of the Catheterization,and Cardiac care Unit Services at CathLeb-SAl in coordination with Tripoli Govermental Hospital (Privately Managed Department) As the CEO at a newly established private department within the Tripoli Governmental Hospital, I lead an innovative cardiology unit on the hospital’s third floor, integrating the strengths of a governmental institution with the best practices of private management. In this role, I am responsible for setting strategic direction and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Key Responsibilities: • Operational Leadership: Overseeing daily operations within the Cardiac Care Unit (CCU) and catheterization lab, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal patient care. • Strategic Development: Collaborating with a dedicated team to shape the vision of our cardiology services and align them with the hospital’s mission, leveraging the unique benefits of private management. • Team Building: Leading recruitment efforts to attract and retain skilled healthcare professionals committed to delivering exceptional cardiac care. • Quality Improvement: Implementing evidence-based practices that enhance clinical outcomes and elevate patient experience. • Community Engagement: Building partnerships with local health organizations to improve access to quality cardiac services and meet community needs. This role allows me to work at the intersection of clinical excellence and innovative healthcare management, dedicated to advancing cardiac care in our region.

Support the implementation of Makani project, a Multi-Service Community Centre (MSCC) Approach, through community centers and informal settlement. The project will provide comprehensive package of integrated services targeting marginalized and vulnerable children and youth aged 0-18 years and their caregivers in the Governorates of south and north Lebanon. The MSCCs are safe spaces that provide vulnerable children and their caregivers with a range of programs, including Education, Child Protection, Early Childhood Development (ECD), Life Skills and youth engagement support through a community-based approach, to reach both Syrian and Lebanese vulnerable children in both host communities, collective, and Informal Settlements.

The first micronutrient study in Lebanon, between July and October, 2023. gathering essential information through various methods, including enumerating households, administering questionnaires or conducting anthropometric measurements or collecting blood and urine samples. This study aims to assess the nutritional and health status of individuals across all regions of Lebanon, providing valuable insights into the micronutrient needs of the population.

Lead focal person for IOCC health activities in the north of Lebanon Managing and supervising IOCC health activities under UNHCR and UNICEF funding and support in the north which are: 2 Primary healthcare centers in T5 area Mobile clinic North borders vaccination activities Education and lactation specialists Midwives -promoting mother and baby health by encouraging breast feeding and complementary feeding activities COVID-19 activities (Rapid Response Team , Epidemiological Surveillance Unit and Tal Hayet Isolation Center) Supervising social worker for individuals referrals to UNHCR and other partners. supervising Pss activities in both Akar and T5 area Monthly and annual budgeting and planning of Medical equipment, Personal Protective Equipment and activities for all projects Project progress monitoring and evaluation Working towards achievement of set targets in a given deadline. Sustainable solid waste management development project

Programming, coordinating and advising fellow colleagues and beneficiaries for the promotion of sanitation and hygiene practices. ❖ Implement Hygiene promotion in Lebanese public schools ❖ Create new IEC Materials such as info -graphic videos and booklets related to hygiene and health sessions. ❖ Organizing and coordinating community participation for hygiene health promotion sessions, water analyses, water quality, bore-hole drilling, vector control and associated WASH technologies. ❖ Evaluating the relevance and appropriateness of current and future promotion programming. ❖ Advising on mainstreaming gender, protection, and DRR in project and program activities ❖ Analyzing the baseline study data to determine the underlining needs of the beneficiaries ❖ Distribution of information to stakeholders and community consultations. ❖ Completing qualitative behavior surveys among beneficiaries using “Knowledge, Attitude and Practice” ❖ Distributing kits (hygiene and sanitation) to beneficiaries
