As a Product Owner in Inditex's People Tech division, I lead and collaborate closely with the HR team to oversee and enhance the flexible compensation program. My role involves: ▪ Leadership and Strategy: Managing and organizing the flexible compensation initiatives to align with the company's goals. ▪ Process Automation: Streamlining and automating key workflows to improve efficiency and user experience. ▪ Technology Migration: Driving the adoption of new technologies to modernize and optimize systems where necessary. Product owner in the “Customer support and adaptation” team. ▪ Organize the team’s activity using scrum and kanban to optimize work and deliveries ▪ Create & maintain the product backlog with multiple clients ▪ Lead a team of FW engineers, app developers, product designers, QA and collaborate with other crossfunctional teams/sales and client account management teams to customize and maintain our products. ▪ Manage clients' expectations and keep a log of important decisions throughout the engagement

Product development of the Android version of Cloudya a team’s business communication app. ▪ Organize the whole activity in product increments of 6 sprints each, working closely with UX team and the team of product owners and product managers. ▪ Work together with the dev team on the backlog refinement, planning and reviews, to make sure the goal of the sprint and the targets of the whole PI are met and still on track.

Independent Development of 'My Contact Pro', an Android Contact Management application, available on Google Play Store. The application connects to a RESTful service to store and retrieve contacts information and related data. Data is stored in a relational MySQL database. Research and Study of NMEA 2000, a new communication protocol in maritime industry, based on CAN-BUS. Development of a SW driver that implements the NMEA protocol, in C Language on Linux. Testing of SW driver by performing a measurement campaign interfacing to real sensors.
