I am currently working at Novo Nordisk as a Project Process Engineer, involved in the 2.1 billion euro expansion of our production site in Chartres. My primary responsibilities include: - Project Management: Monitoring suppliers, leading working groups, planning and coordinating activities related to the installation of new production lines. - Equipment Qualification: Participating in design reviews, conducting FAT and SAT tests, and implementing qualification protocols. - Project Management: Implementing visual management, troubleshooting, and effective communication with various project stakeholders. - Innovation: Seeking innovative solutions to improve production processes and team efficiency. I have developed a solid expertise in industrial project management, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector. As a Process Engineer, I am responsible for developing and implementing process strategies, optimizing current processes, defining and track process metrics and maintaining process documents.

Within the Surface Department, I'm working on glass coating processes for decorative and functional applications. My day to day work involves designing, planning and performing experiments in our laboratory as well as in our industrial line. I also carry out samples characterization and testing. Another part of my work is to bring support to our industrial line in order to solve production problems.

Eurofins Scientific is a laboratory that provides analytical services in microbiology. As a laboratory assistant in the food and the animal's food service, my main activities are: - Packaging and transfer of samples to the different sectors - Sample preparation and cultivation with respect to ISO 6887 - Preparing and launching of microbiology analyses - Consumables stock renewal - Compliance with health and safety procedures - Confidentiality of tests/work and all customer data - Daily maintenance of workstation and associated equipment

- Recycling of biomass (wood wastes containing heavy metals such as copper, chromium and boron). - Comparing two high temperature recylcling technologies: pyrolysis and solvolysis. - Optimization of the solvolysis and pyrolysis processes to minimize the amount of metals inside the liquid product. - Using the design of experiment methodology to built experiments. - Using statistical analysis for the identification and the optimization of the most important process parameters. - Using TGA for thermal analysis. - Using GC, ICP-MS and MEB for the solvolysis and pyrolysis products analysis.
