Introduction
I stepped into the testing world in the late 2000s. From the beginning I have been convinced by good practices and test automation. I built my experience within different industries and each of these actors allow me to grow in my professional journey. I acquired knowledge and expertise, got to know agility and improved my career to new roles and positions. Throughout these years, I have created and maintained test frameworks written in multiple languages and using different technical stacks. I developed my passion about IT in general and QA especially. Although I have a very technical background, my career shifted from engineering to team management. And I discovered new sides of the business and also about myself. My past hands-on experience really helps me on my day to day tasks to understand the needs of my team and the issues they can face. I don’t only focus on people, teams and implementation of QA processes, I still keep myself up to date with the evolution of methodology and technology and with the testing trends.
